01 Do you offer same-day service?
Yes, for most calls placed before early afternoon. We run 7am to 7pm, seven days a week; call first thing for the best same-day slot, otherwise you are usually on the schedule the next morning.

03 How does pricing work?
We quote a flat rate before any work begins. You approve the price first, so there are no surprises on the bill and no hourly meter running while we work.
